            The M.C.E. Society’s School of Art & Art Academy is conducting Open Drawing and Painting Competition on Saturday   20th  December 2008 At V.M. Gany Sports Complex ( Ground), Azam Campus, Camp, Pune -411 001 At 8.30 am to11.30am.
            We request you to encourage your students to participate in large numbers in the “Open Drawing and Painting Competition.”

INSTUCTIONS FOR ART TEACHERS

The Art Teachers should submit the list of Competitors in the Prescribed table given below to The Principal, M.C.E. Society’s School of Art, K.B.Hidayatullah Road, D.Ed. College Building, Azam Campus, Camp, Pune – 411 001, Mob.No. 9923660627 , Between 9.00 am. to 4.00 pm. By --- December 2008.

INSTUCTIONS FOR ART COMPETITORS

1. There is no Entry fee for the competition.
2. Competitors should report at 8.00 am.
3. They must bring all the equipment (Paints, Sketch pen, Crayons, Water Colours and Board etc.) 
4. Paper will be provided to all competitors.
5. The Competitors may choose any medium.
6. The decision of the judges will be final and binding.

PRIZE DISTRIBUTION FUNCTION

            The Prizes will be distributed on 27th Dec. 2008 at Assembly hall, Azam Campus, Pune  at 11.00 a.m.
